World Industries & Malcolm Watson Part Ways
Malcolm Watson’s contract expired yesterday and he will no longer be endorsing the brand. World Industries thanks Malcolm Watson for his 2 years of devotion to the brand. Malcolm will be pursuing some independent interests. The World family wishes him luck in his future endeavors.

i just saw him in berlin. nice guy and skated well at the warschauer curbs. too bad for world. it is not a real company.

he is such a rad dude. i was talking to him at woodward this year and he was talking about how world might be kicking him off soon cuz hes livin in nyc and world is in cali so they thought he was never skating when he was skatin everyday! hes such an inspirational dude. he gave my friend a new deck wheels and trucks. hope he finds a home somewhere.

World keeps having these team changes! how about they drop the graphics and do something totally diffrent

Malcolm would be sick on Stereo. The east Coast comment doesn't make sense. They just put on Anthony Shetler, who lives in Boston. Graphics seem to be getting better. Shetler graphic looks cool. I'm sure Flameboy and Wet Willy have their markets. I agree not good for the core of skateboarding but I'm sure they sell to young kids. And yes Malcolm is one of the nicest guys in skateboarding. Like Reda said 2nd to Theotis Beasley or something like that.

Malcolm is a super nice guy he used to live in my city (spokane,WA) about 6 years ago, and he would come down to the park and was hela cool to everyone and would play games of skate with you. one day when I was like 15 i was skating this real blown out deck and he just came up to me and gave me his fresh complete. And he taught me how to switch heelflip :). Just thought I would share that. Its too bad it seems like his skateboarding career never went too far, but i got mad respect for Malcolm.
