Flip is off and running on its Feast East Coast tour at the moment. TM Andrew Shusterman sent over a grip of photos from the first 3 days in Boston. Skate day photos and photos from the first signing at Zumiez. The last spot they went to (the ramp) is the Hellgate ramp.

Must be nice not having to do anything on tour except sign autographs and skate the spots all the kids do while they are in school.
What ever happened to doing demos while on tour? Interacting with the kids, going to the parks / shops in other areas unannounced and getting the kids and shops that have really supported you all along getting them more stoked on skating?
Whats this corporate Mall store signing crap? Pompous to say the least.
Must say that footage was pretty weak, not even a couple teaser photos of what was being thrown down at the spots or at the bowl. I was definitely expecting more from Flip, definitely a let down.
Flip please step it up, show the East a little more love then this or go back to California!
There are enough other companies that will show the East more Love and have a fraction of your budget, please step it up your insulting us.
AJ, get off your high freestyle horse and get a grip- where exactly do you propose they do demos at. The east coast is blowing it on indoor parks, Flip just released a groundbreaking video, and kids are stoked just to meet these guys. Atleast flip is coming here, not like anyone else is even showing face out here. Their philly stop is at nocturnal tomorrow, Where exactly would you like them to do a demo? the only park is woodward and Its garbage anymore. Before you bitch about somthing offer a reasonable soloution

But two questions:
1) Why does it have to be indoor?
2) Why settle for less?!
FDR, Whitehall, Pops, Black Diamond, Woodward (yeah its the ice capades in there but still a place to skate and kids go there) or anywhere where there are kids so that they can give back to those who supported all of them throughout the years.
Is this to much to ask? I don't think so.

So what they released a great video so has tons of other companies, it is lazy, egotistical and an insult to just show up to sign some autographs and then go skate all the spots when they are all in school when really all the kids want to skate with them or see them skate in person. It creates a deeper connection with the community and gets kids more psyched on skateboarding.
If that is wrong or "getting on my Freestyle high horse" as you call it when then I don't want to be right!
BTW: Next time use your real name or next time you see me skating come up and tell me your grievances in person. I don't duck anyone.
thats what i was just thinking..is Andrew Langi on Flip now? I've heard so many rumors about the kid….last i heard he was gettin boards from Girl/Chocolate…now Flip?
