The 2010 Buyer’s Guide is on newsstand now, so we thought we’d treat you with a little sneak peak of what kicks—from Adidas all the way to Vans—you’ll be finding in there. Take a look.

What was inspired by Dennis Busenitz’s favorite Adidas soccer cleat from back in the day has taken shape into a lightweight, comfortable, and durable skate shoe. We saw this one coming. And that’s a good thing. Anthony Pappalardo has come out with a pro model shoe on CONS. It has a clean design and a classic look, kinda just like Pops if you think about it. We like to call the Pappalardo Pro a perfect fit.

REYNOLDS CRUISER GOAT COLLABORATION
The Cruiser is where a chiller and a full blown skate shoe meet. It has a low profile look, a simple design, but still has the Sole Tech’s System G2 insole inside for comfort and support. It’s hard to go wrong when it’s Reynolds approved. We Luh dat shit.

One of our favorite Coors Lite enthusiasts, Bobby Worrest, has a pro model shoe that’s perfect whether you’re looking to put together some lines in Pulaski Park or skate over some sketchy chicks. Huh?!? Just trust us, the shoe’s sick.

Sean Malto went pro shortly after his part in And Now dropped, and since everything Malto’s put out since continues to be nothing but butter, we could only guess a pro model shoe was on its way. Well, we guessed right, ’cause here it is. And the colorway? That’s Kansas City Royals blue suckas.

Fallen’s kicks look better and better with every single shoe they put out. And 2010 is gonna be no exception. You’ve seen his part in Ride The Sky, you’ve hopefully seen his Deathwish pro model too. So now’s the time you check his new Fallen pro model shoe. Heavy!
HABITAT
QUEST
Yep, Habitat skateboards has branched out into the footwear game. And the shoes look good. The first batch is well designed, yet still has that Habitat flavor that we all love. But what about their team? That would be Guru Khalsa, Marius Syvanen, Austyn Gillette, and Alex Davis.

MIKE MO CUP
Mo knows. So when it came time for Mo to go get a pro sole, this is the shoe he wanted on his toes. Whoa. Nice one Mo.

Nike took their durability and technology and packaged it into a classy looking skate shoe. It’s about as steezy as a Stefan 360 flip.

Here it is. One of the shoes we featured on the cover of this year’s Buyer’s Guide. There’s no doubt about it that Anthony Van Engelen is a beast, so is it odd that he waers a low classic-style Vans? Not in the slightest bit.

Did I type in gq.com on accident? The first twenty years of my thirty years of skateboarding was fairly devoid of fashion, this last decade has been increasingly more about fashion, image, and money. It's getting pretty gay out there.

not one shoe with hidden lace loops??? what the F? i dont care how my shoe looks as longs as it fits/i can skate in it and it has hiddem lace loops, who wants to be changing laces or sticking goo on them when you can design a decent hidden system?? is no-one with me on this?????

Just use a little bit of Krazy Glue, Loctite, or something of that nature on the laces above the shoe eyelets after you first lace them up. Problem solved.

I used to care about the hidden lace things… I had the fallen troopers and I skated different colorways of that shoe… and then I met the Lakai manchester selects… never gonna buy anything else but those!! I may do an exception to try those new Mo Knows
they look like "OMG this shoe is so great!!!" I'm just surprised that the outsole is not with the usual selects holes outsole…

imm almost positive the cons have the hidden loops on the inside also. at least the two pairs of the skate ox i had did, so maybe the pappalardos have em too.

Yo what's up with all this super low cut vulcanized nonsense?? board feel is only helpful if your feet survive to live another day, why not just skate in our socks! lets get some cupsoles, but keep it slim! The Mike Mo's are ill and that Osiris is trying to ride the supra tip so hard.

I have mixed emotions about the Nikes, but i saw a friend wearing them and they actually looked really fresh. It is something different, they have a boat shoe feel. I think the DVS shoes are good looking too, the colors are mellow but bold.

i agree with that. toe caps and thick shoes which is a skate shoe norm. skate shoe companies are copying the old skool vans conception. which look monotonous or repetetive..

I would skate the Slash… they look comfy and they look like the board feel is amazing (if they didn't put the same sole as the troopers… the only shoe from fallen I had)

I think the Av6's are the best shoe up there. That colorway looks sick. I can't believe people like the Mo shoe… That thing looks terrible. Mall Shoe for sure, especially in that colorway. I guess I gotta remember i'm on the transworld website…
And to the kook who said skating is all about fashion… Dude, everything is all about fashion. You will be judged 90 percent of the time on how you're dressed, no matter where you are, or what you're doing. Whether it be, skating, walking down the street, at a job interview, or meeting your girlfriends parents. Do you not remember skating 10 years ago? Skateboarding is more diverse than ever as far as styles go.
