For the first time ever, a TransWorld TV show will be hitting the airwaves on an MTV network. Skate & Create II will have a one-hour special on MTV2. Now in its second year, S&C created the concept for this type of event. The special will be an exclusive look at the journeys of the four teams — etnies, C1RCA, DVS and DC — throughout the event. “Viewers will see all the drama and intense planning that went on during the two-month-long event,” says Ken Lewis, TransWorld SKATEboarding’s marketing and events director.
Skate & Create will air Feb. 6, at 11 p.m. Eastern and Pacific times. As always, check local listings.

It's just one thing. What's the difference if they put it on fuel tv anyway? It's only one hour. They're not selling out. Skateboarding is getting more main stream, but that doesn't have to effect you. Skate, have fun, and don't care about what people think of you. TRANSWORLD IS NOT SELLING OUT.

Amazing…you think the skateboard companies involved are core, yet Transworld is a sellout because its on MTV? Ive seen thsi thing, fuel tv did their show better last year. Just curious, where would be the best place to air the show? Whats the right choice? NBC? Spike? Fuel? They are all owned by corporate nightmares…what does it matter? I look at it like TWS got people in the "real" world to air something awesome and to spread the message of Skating and Creating…Hows that bad for you?
There needs to be just a pure skateboarding channel. Nothing but skate related things all day. Maybe play skate videos for a mass majority of the day. I mean, there are so many old videos that nobody really knows about or talks nowdays, like Sigh Unseen or Thrill of It All. I mean, if it weren't for my friends, I wouldn't know half the stuff I know due to skate videos. Just an idea. Nothing really related to this subject whatsoever
