Syndrome Distribution, in collaboration with Rob Gonzalez and Danny Montoya, is proud to introduce BOULEVARD SKATEBOARDS. BLVD Skateboards will feature high quality skateboard decks, wheels and apparel heavily influenced by street skating and it’s lifestyle. Pro skaters Rob G and Montoya are the original creators of the core skate brand Listen. Listen skateboards was a street driven brand that held true to what skateboarding is all about. Those values and principles are carried over into the newly developed BLVD Skateboards.

Your grammar & spelling are horrible! You know nothing about the law, or you'd be aware of the fact that no legal action can be taken against Syndrome. No artwork was ripped off, not to mention it's BLVD Clothing & BLVD Skateboards. There is a difference between the two, and yes, that difference will hold up in court. if you google BLVD or Boulevard… you will see that there are a HANDFUL of businesses and websites with the name or some form of it. i saw more than one board co, more than one shop, and countles other organizations that go by this name. it's bad news to stick with the name. when i google blvd skateboards the first thing i see is Danny Minnick's myspace. he's a somewhat known guy in skating and regardless of his rights to the name would hold up you're going to lose respect. he's done quite a few video projects over the years and looks like he's still at it. Danny has been working to get his life on track and this just all around sucks for him - it's like stealing money from the poor. regardless if the masses know there's definitely some industry people that aren't going to be down for this. and don't get me wrong, rob and danny are ill. this just sucks all around and it's something that won't go away - might be worth taking the time now to rethink this one.
