Yea, it's a bigspin. It doesn't look like it because the shove it part is actually only 270 _into_ the rail. The other 90 is from when you turn back fakie. So basically you turn 90 degrees with the 270 shove it, and get the final 90 degrees when you come off.
The part of the video when it shows him doing it from a straight on view is probably the best way to see how it's happening.
