Danny Way Crashes In Last Lap of Celeb Grand Prix

Danny Way, who started on the pole position in Saturday’s Toyota Grand Prix Celebrity Pro and lead the celebrities the entire race, crashed in the final lap with a little help from the That’s So Raven’s Raven Symone. Famous barney Keanu Reeves ended up winning. Read on in the Long Beach Press Telegram.

“I got robbed,” said the skateboarding great, who will certainly take some heat from fellow X-Gamers and previous Pro/Celebrity Race winners Bucky Lasek and Dave Mirra. “I worked hard to get the best lap. It’s not my fault that effort was taken away. Everyone knows if she didn’t crash that I would have won.”

Other drivers said: “That’s racing.”

    i’d be bitter too if some dumb broad screwed up my whole race by crashing at the end. and D-Way is not only the MAN, but a living legend. go hit a mega ramp and talk about not being good enough. you should have your a$$ kicked!

    wow-”dumb broad”??? Have you watched Nascar??? This kind of thing always happens. The name of the game is RACE-you go from the green flag to the checker without getting into trouble or loosing focus. Way did both. And boo-hoo’d about it in an interview. Niiiiccceee!!! Your a looser too if you don’t think his boo-hooing is a disgrace to x-games and anyone who does sports. And then you “ass kick” comment-just shows the low lifes that are out there!!!
