After turning pro for Powell Peralta in 1987, Mike Vallely went on to pioneer raw street skating along with the East Coast aesthetic itself. Later serving as a pivotal team rider in the launch of World Industries, he has remained one of skateboarding’s most outspoken and visible pros in the three decades since. Number 22 on our list of The 30 Most Influential Skaters Of All Time.
