Danny Way’s mega-ramp annihilation may have been the highlight of 2003’s The DC Video but it was Big Black who stole the show. The 6-foot, 6-inch tall 414-pound behemoth was introduced to the skate world by Rob Dyrdek when he reached his breaking point with rent-a-cops. As Rob says, it’s security for the security.

Fast forward a few years and you’ve got MTV’s new reality show, “Rob And Big. (You knew the concept was too good for a television company to pass up on.) The show, which makes its debut next month, is brought to you by Jeff Tremaine—the grand wizard behind Big Brother, Jackass, and Wild Boyz—so you know it’s gonna be gut-busting.
