You saw all the insanity that went down at last year’s Maloof Money Cup, so in 2009, TWS and MMC decided to give you the chance to be right in the middle of it all. Well, your design at least…
We want you to submit your best design for an obstacle to be built for the am contest at the upcoming Maloof Money Cup in July. You dream up the obstacle you want to see, and if it chosen, they will build it into the MMC Skate Plaza. Sketch it, paint it, sculpt it, get 3D, get digital—do what you gotta do. And the best part is, your obstacle will live in our new park after the contest’s end. Winners will also receive a copy of the DVD from the 2008 MMC, clothes from Zoo York, a pair of shoes from etnies, a deck from World Industries and a subscription to TWS. All submitted designs must be e-mailed to:

Yes, I am really looking forward to this event. I was a huge fan last year and I think that I have been awake for 3 days straight because of the webcast and the different time zones, AUSTRIA!!!!

Hey…this is a great opportunity for all you little groms to get out there in the community and create some havoc!
Don’t forget to lace up those Nikes nice and tight, check for holes in your skinny jeans, make sure your all-over-print t-shirts are clean, and your hair is just “messy-right” for the occasion.
Don’t want to be caught slippin’ designing skate-obstacles looking like a douche now do we?!
After you design the thing…only do the same stock tricks on it…with total robotic style. That’s what everybody loves these days! Forget lines where you actually push and people can see how you communicate with your board…just do tricks!
Welp…have a great day kiddos! Keep acting more and more like jocks…and don’t forget to forget what you started skating for in the first place!
