The King Of Spring contest was located for the second year in a row at Thomas Jefferson Park in Harlem on 114th Street and 1st Ave. It was hosted by Billy Rohan and Alex Corporan, with special guest host Chad Muska. With megaphones in hand, these guys were hyping everyone up, and keeping every person in good spirits (though there was a serious chance of rain).  The contest was in a jam style format; all the kids were throwing down as hard as they could, dropping in on the roll-in ramp one right after the other like bullets coming out of a machine gun. It was mayhem—kids were landing amazing tricks as well as landing on each other (no homo). Overall everyone was having a great time. The day ended with a huge raffle with tons of free product. Big thanks to all the sponsors, skateboarders and everyone that came out!
