All we need is a little Gino footage to surface every once in a while to keep a smile on our face. Gino’s dunk video for Nike SB that dropped on IG (filmed by Guy Mariano) was probably the most shared clip on Instagram that day. From the parks to the streets, there still isn’t anybody out there who looks as good as Gino on their board.
LA Days is a film composed by Pontus Alv and Ben Chadourne celebrating the Converse Cons x Polar Skate Co. Jack Purcell Pro shoe. The video features Cons and Polar riders Aaron Herrington, Jonas Skroder, David Stenström, Paul Grund, Roman Gonzalez, and Dane Brady ripping through the sandy streets of LA. Taking inspiration the days when you’d skate all over the beach, the boys carted around some classic happy/sad style Polar Plates and some Venice Beach inspired obstacles, and let the skating happen naturally. As always, it’s a really well-thought-out video piece and will surely get you motivated to get out there and do something creative with your bros. Nice work to all involved! Boo's Diamond Footwear promo pack showed up at the office fully equipped with an accessory bag, rolling papers, a grinder, (his new shoes of course) and an eighth of weed! We get a lot of promo packages sent here and it’s always a great surprise, but now we’re getting actual weed shipped to us, too. Amazing! But let’s not forget the real reason behind this stony care package, which is the fact that Boo’s new Diamond slip-on ‘The Boo J’ is now on the shelves of your local shop and online right here. Yeah, Boo! Shout out to Diamond for making our Friday that much better. We forgot to take a picture of it though, so here’s a video of Boo ripping.
CCS’ ‘El Torito’ contest went down over the weekend in celebration of their new Portland location. We hosted it live on our Facebook page (where you can check the recap). There was a huge turnout and none other than Heath Kirchart was there to judge the contest. If you go to @ccs_skate’s Instagram, you can see a ton of other highlights. A video recap from the day will be posted soon, too. Cheers to Matt Price and the CCS crew for inviting us to be a part of it and congrats on the new location! What a rad idea this was.
We’ve been rolling out parts from Riddles in Mathematics over the past few weeks and on Saturday we had Bobby Worrest’s part go up. Dope lines and a solid track make this part real easy on the eyes. And let’s be real, any Bobby W footage is good footage! Riddles is only $8 on iTunes and you can get it here! Check the tease below, watch the full part here, and then download the full-length video here!
