As we head towards the summer and the inevitable months of football, adidas Skateboarding presents the Skate Copa collaboration, a collection inspired by football and the genuine football fantatics within its team.

Six jerseys have been created to represent six members of the adidas team, their country, deck sponsor and of course their passion for football.

Benny Fairfax with Palace for England, Lucas Puig with Cliché for France, Mark Gonzales with Krooked for the USA, Raul Nabarro with Western Edition for Spain, Rodrigo TX with DGK for Brazil and Lem Villemin with Cliché for Germany.

Each Jersey has its own tale, from the style, the materials, the numbers and the patches, so be on the lookout as we release more information about the collection over the next two weeks.

Today we start with Lem’s take on his German football jersey in collaboration with Cliché.

“It’s the World Cup jersey from 1990, that’s the year Germany won the world cup, a great year! It also makes it really special to have a patch designed by Cliché on there.” Lem Villemin
Built as a dolman sleeve, meaning it does not have a sleeve seam, this jersey features applied three stripes and the adidas climalite fabric, which is also reminiscent of the 90’s.
