As Much as I like innovation, flying over a thitry two foot rail from a seventy foot roll in is pointless.
Get off the rail and and back in the Superpark contest where skateboarding really happens. TNT can flow through those concrete corners and actually do tricks on a skateboard I may acually do with alot of practise.
Anyone who thinks "the MegaRail" this is progressing skateboarding is wrong.
Remember Danny Way has never won a X-Games Vert Medal as he quit after ESPN filmed him when he fell on a straigh legged air and fell onto the platform?

I'm all for progression and Danny Way is a huge force in skateboarding but someone explain to me how a switch 50 grind beats a kick flip to board slide, he only landed that trick and nothing else, where as the others at least landed a few and stepped it up from there. Com'on judges.

Something mysterious happened at the end of the Big Air Rail Jam. A varial boardslide or a kickflip indy to 50/50 were not good enough to medal?

Tamadodo you really don't know what you are talking about! Tell me how launching 20+ feet up and 30+ feet out at 40mph , with out grabbing your board, then landing on a rail switch stance then grinding off of it and off its eight foot drop, then rolling into a 28ft quarter pipe is not progression. That is superhuman !
The reality is that to the average non skater who has been desensitized to awesome skateboarding (unless its something completely brand new) ,watching the mega ramp over and over ,one tends to believe that its easy or normal or simple. When actually its the gnarliest genre of skateboarding that ever was.
People gave Hawk so much credit for the 900, and dont get me wrong, its pretty damn impressive, but its just a bunch of spins.
What Danny and the rest of the Mega ramp guys do is on another level entirely .
The fact that you consider the X-games a valid form of accomplishment just shows you that you are an idiot.
Danny Way is the best skateboarder that has ever been. Period.
Don't even get me started kook
