Skateboard industry to come together to raise funds for the families and the victims of the World Trade Center attack.
In an effort to bring together the skateboard industry and raise money for the New York State World Trade Center Relief Fund, a benefit event is being held on Saturday, November 3 at the Owls Head Skatepark in Brooklyn, New York. Proceeds from the event will be handed over to the State relief fund in the name of the Skateboarding Industry.
Throughout the day, donations will be accepted for product raffles and tosses. Also, limited edition event T-shirts (non-branded) will be produced and sold at the event, and skateboard retailers throughout the nation are also being asked to sell a limited amount of these T shirts in their stores until Christmas.
