Fred Water recently collaborated with TransWorld SKATEboarding to give its skatepark a new look with new features. Last night TransWorld SKATEboarding threw a party to celebrate the park’s grand opening, and in addition to the new features, skateboarders and partygoers noticed the new mural painted by artist Arthur Jones and Fred Water’s co-founder Ariel Broggi.

Check out the mural and the new features in the first 60 Minutes in the Park since the redesign with Blind’s Filipe Ortiz on the Transworld SKATEboarding site. See if you can spot the upgrades.

Shuriken Shannon, Corey Duffel, Kristian Svitak, Alan Young, Steven Reeves and Marek Zaprazny were among those there to check out the new park.  Fred Water kept everyone hydrated, hundreds of PBRs were crushed and people were hyped on the great food provided by Bull Taco.  After the skate session wound down the Wild Wild Wets took the stage and kept the party going.

“Fred Water is the perfect partner for our skatepark to keep our friends and visiting skaters hydrated,” said Blair Alley, Transworld SKATEboarding associate web editor/contributing editor. “The new park additions and mural look great, and the pros are already stoked on the convenience and practicality of Fred’s water bottles!”

“Transworld SKATEboarding has an incredible 30 year history of supporting skateboarders through their magazine, videos, site and events.   Fred Water backs all that they have done for skateboarding, and we are proud to support Transworld,” said Adam Gayner, Co-founder and CEO of Fred Water.

About Fred Water:

Two guys created a brand that advocates the indisputable greatness of water. Hydration is essential for life, so Fred Water comes in a bottle that makes staying hydrated an easy thing to do. Fred bottles are pocket-compatible, durable, BPA-free, Phthalate-free and come filled with velvety smooth, exceptionally pure spring water from the USA. The people at Fred Water encourage refilling Fred bottles again and again to cut down on plastic bottles in use. The water you refill with won’t be as smooth and tasty as Fred, but you’ll still be hydrating. When Fred bottles are end-of-life, the company promotes recycling by producing and promoting super soft t-shirts made from 100% recycled bottles. It’s called upcycling. Learn more at FredWater.com.
