Billy Marks went to Las Vegas for the weekend to try to get somecoverage. The crew that he was with ended up getting kicked out of everywhere theytried to skate. After months of paperwork, the IRS has official recognized the TimBrauch Memorial Skate Park Fund as a Publicly Supported Organization with taxexemption status as described in section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.The Organization is making its first donation to the construction of a 20,000sq ft. park in Scotts Valley, Ca. and plans to help San Jose with the futureconstructions of their park all in Tim’s name.
