Kronik Energy Makes Donation To Grind For Life
Kronik Energy drink presented to Grind For Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to financially assisting cancer patients and their families, a $2,000 check during the organization’s third annual fundraising event held in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The November 19th Grind For Life event joined top skateboarders from around the country using skateboarding as a vehicle for progress in the fight against cancer.
“Kronik Energy is proud to support Grind For Life in its efforts to relieve the financial burdens associated with cancer treatment and recovery, says Pat Ritchie, Kronik Energy Co-Founder. Grind For Life is a testament to the selflessness of the skateboarding community.
Spearheaded in 2003 by life-long skateboarder and sarcoma cancer survivor, Mike Rogers, Grind For Life works in tandem with companies like Kronik Energy through public outreach and private contributions.
After enduring a 17 hour surgery that took one eye, a cheekbone and three of Roger’s stomach muscles, he remembers when doctors “never expected me to get on a skateboard again.
Through his determination and hard work, which he brings with him to the administration of Grind For Life, Rogers is proving them wrong.
