We are proud to announce that contributing photographer Sam Muller is now on board as our newest senior photographer.
“Sam’s a natural,” says Editor Kevin Duffel. “He’s easily the most talented up-and-coming photographer in the field right now. Having gotten his start as a photo intern with us after being handpicked by our own Senior Photographer Mike O’Meally, it only makes sense to keep the ball rolling.”
A Hollywood native and skater himself, Muller brings TransWorld SKATEboarding a wealth of expertise when it comes to skate photography. He recently attended The Art Center College Of Design in Pasadena, California and has worked for clients including Alien Workshop, Element Skateboards, Gatorade, Globe Footwear, Nike Skateboarding, Red Bull, Vapors Magazine, and more.
Joining the ranks of TransWorld SKATEboarding’s legendary senior photo staff— which includes Mike O’Meally, Oliver Barton, Seu Trinh, and Dave Chami— Muller will be a key photo contributor. He will also be working closely with the editors, graphic designers, and publisher, collaborating and creating original photo content while ensuring the details of each story or event assigned is accurately captured and portrayed across all forms of media.
“Sam’s work and attitude is impeccable,” comments TransWorld SKATEboarding Photo Associate Desiree Hensley. “We are extremely excited to have him on board. In my eyes, the guy can do no wrong. He could almost literally walk on water, if you ask me!”
