A new European website has a unique offering to the world of skateboarding - BESTTRICK.COM says they want to give the opportunity to any skateboarder around the world to show his or her best tricks and to enter a world ranking - without needing any sponsors or travel. There are skaters out there all over the planet skating like mad and no one ever sees them because they don't have a name in the skateboarding scene. With this new website, you can upload videos of your tricks, and look at other people's tricks and vote on them. You have to upload a video in order to vote, so only skaters will be involved. At least, that's the idea. 

I think it looks like a pretty cool idea. This site should open up the doors for you to see what skaters on the other side of the world are doing, and with the ability to see where each trick was done, you can try and be the first skater to hit some crazy spot, of challenge other skaters in your town to pull off something better. These are just some of my ideas, but I could see this site really taking off. Cool side note - it's the first site with a flash player that can play slow motion!
