Hey I just want to know if this is happening to anyone else and if I can prevent it, but I want to know if anyones shoelaces break when they do a kickflip like mine do. Im a size 13 foot and getting sick and tired of putting tape on my shoes over and over again. So if theres some way to prevent it could you please tell me?

Yeah it happens. Get the thickest shoe laces ever. Or change your stance when you kickflip. Or if you don't wanna rip shoelaces get shoes without them like straps or slip ons. It used to happen to me alot then i changed the way i do my K flips and it never has happened since

some people i know skip a couple loops on each foot (for switch and nollie too). it kind of looks dumb, though. usually what i do is i man up and just don't worry about it.
