    i can get into it ..but it wont slide it will just stall..even when there was on it.

    I usually think of it somewhere between a front noseslide and nosegrind - split the difference. If you can't slide it, consider finding a box and standing in the front crook position and try to push along the box's coping while holding the crook position. You'll see that your weight and balance need to be mostly in your front leg (just like front noseslides). Your problem is (assuming there's no other reason why you wouldn't slide) probably that you're putting your weight straight down into it rather than pushing down and forward.
