Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

****

Overview: It’s 2013 and an insurgence has moved into the heart of Mexico City. As a part of the U.S. Army’s Special Forces, you are sent in to regain control.

Gameplay: Ghost Recon puts you in the middle of realistic warfare with advanced weapon systems, satellite communication devices, and wall-piercing counter-snipe rifles. The missions are hard and mastering the controls is even harder. This is probably the most complex game I’ve ever played, and in the end, I felt like it was overloaded with options-it takes you a week just to master the controls. But with that aside, Ghost Recon deserves a strong look. The objectives are challenging and the scenarios feel real.

Graphics: Crystal clear and detailed.

Sound: Guns, bombs, air strikes, officers barking orders, and blood being shed in every direction.

Entertainment: If you can stick with it until you get the hang of the controls, you’ll be entertained for days. Test out all of your weapons and supplies, and you’ll be entertained for weeks.-Daxter Lussier
