Nike SB isn’t known for holding back when it comes to their team and the launch of P-Rod’s second shoe was no different. With an exclusive guest list
of Paul’s friends, family, and teammates, it was up to Los Angeles’ famous Getty museum for a night of dinner, drinks, and the official launch of P-Rod’s shoe. The Getty is perched atop the picturesque hills on the west side of L.A. and beyond the surreal setting, houses some of the most coveted works of art in the world. As the attendees were escorted onto the premises, first a tour of part of the museum was given and then it was to the restaurant and banquet room that overlooked all of L.A.’s cities and beaches.
The night as a whole was mellow and as everyone took time to congratulate Paul on his achievement. Plan B teammates Danny Way, Colin McKay, and Pat Duffy came to support as well as Nike SB teammate Omar Salazar and longtime homie Jereme Rogers.
P-Rod’s shoes were on display all in various styles and colorways. They’re lookin’ good and like his first shoe, should be making a killin’ in your local skate shop soon.
