Savier’s new Web site, savier.com, was built to do much more than present customers with pretty pictures and product information. A separate dealer site, savier.com/dealer, will allow retailers and sales reps to check the status of orders and product availability, and the Savier sales force will also use the site to place and track orders from the field.
“Our online strategy revolves around a software system that is designed from the ground up to serve customers, retailers and the sales force,” says Savier President Paul Fidrych.
The company hopes the site will give it an edge in helping forge relations with its customers. “In this business you have to do more than just have a great team, build outstanding product, and produce memorable ads,” says Savier Director of Sales, Rob LaVigne. “You have to be easy to do business with, and that means providing people with the tools to answer their own questions.”
