The Dew Tour Toyota City Championships wrapped up today with skateboard streetstyle finals. Dew Tour newcomer Trevor Colden earned his first Dew Cup and was the only athlete to earn a score above a 90.0 in the final. Watch the video.
Colden followed up his second place finish in yesterday's skateboard street competition with a top podium finish in today's skateboard streetstyle event. His final score was 91.25, owed largely to big tricks like his backside 50-50 off the shipping container ledge, ollie over the Toyota car gap, backside smith grind across and down the pyramid rail and a stylish 360 down the planter gap at the end.
"It's amazing, it's my first Dew Tour and I didn't expect any of this to happen. Evan was flawless out there and I really was really shocked," said Colden. "My legs were shaking, I was extremely nervous and didn't think I would land anything, but I tried to switch it up a bit and it happened to work out."
