Three vans full of the Element team and some riders from Blood Wizard convened on the new Rhodes Skatepark in Boise, Idaho last weekend. At 1.28 acres in size, the park was originally designed in 1992, but redesigned and completed in 2016 by Grindline. The redesign of the park started in 2012 with initial drawings and public meetings.
Element also opened up a skateshop/clubhouse across from Rhodes Skatepark called 304 Americana.
This was the biggest Element demo in recent years, roughly 2,000 people turned out to witness the skating and meet the team. The Boise Mayor was on hand to introduce the event.
We’d like to thank Prestige and the Board Room for holding down the Boise scene since day one.
