In July 2014, Bill Bycroft and Rachel Turner travelled from New Zealand to Phnom Penh to meet the Skateistan Cambodia team. The couple share a passion for skateboarding, traveling and filmmaking, and were inspired to see skateboarding have such a positive impact on kids. Read more on the Skateistan site.

Skateboarding is only just emerging as a sport in Cambodia, and the film demonstrates how it can be used it as tool for self-empowerment, access to education and creating better futures. Each week Skateistan Cambodia works with over 150 marginalized youth in the city of Phnom Penh.
